Many of you in the neighbourhood have received notices of the developments by Vrancor on the lots at King and Queen, and Queen and Market. For those who have not, we have obtained copies of the notices that went out, as well as the proposed site plans and renderings. Unfortunately they are black and white photocopy quality, but you may still be interested in seeing them!
Earlier in November there were meetings regarding the minor variances required for the developments; see the Spectator’s article on the Committee of Adjustment meeting. The following is the image from the Spectator article, from Vrancor, of the development proposed for King and Queen St. (looking northwest, to the lot where the convent used to be):
Click on the links below for the notices that went out, which include renderings and site plans of each development:

- At Queen St. and Market St. (currently parking lot) – proposed 15-storey residential building, with townhouses along Market, and commercial along Queen – PDF of notice
